Thunder vs. Mavericks live updates: NBA playoffs, scores, highlights as OKC,

The second round of the 2024 NBA playoffs continues on Saturday when the Oklahoma City Thunder visit the Dallas Mavericks for Game 3 of their second-round series at the American Airlines Center. The best-of-seven series is knotted at one game apiece.

The Mavericks became the first team to score more than 95 points against the Thunder in this postseason, with Luka Doncic and P.J. Washington combining for 58 points in Thursday’s 119-110 win. Doncic, who has been hampered with knee and ankle issues during this series, is available to play in Game 3.

While Josh Giddey was a big piece of the last three games of Oklahoma City’s first-round series sweep of New Orleans, he has struggled against the Mavericks. He has just 10 total points and has missed all four of his 3-point tries in the past two games. Coach Mark Daigneault benched Josh Giddey at the start of the second half Thursday in favor of Aaron Wiggins.

During the regular season, the Thunder and Mavericks split their two games in Dallas.
